My name is Morgan and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in WA state. I enjoy helping people recover from anxiety, OCD, and other challenges, so that they can focus on building meaningful lives and relationships with themselves and others.

My approach is informed primarily by “third wave” cognitive behavioral therapies such as ACT, DBT, CFT, and mindfulness based practices. If we work together, I will spend the first one to three sessions taking a detailed history to better understand you and your concerns. From there, we will work together to identify concrete goals and strategies to make impactful changes. My goal is to help you expand your understanding of yourself, your context, and your values so that you can spend more time focusing on the things that matter to you most.
I tend to work well with clients who are motivated to actively engage in therapy and try new techniques outside of session. While my approach to therapy is grounded in scientific research, you can expect our work together to be highly collaborative, strengths based, and human.
Recovery from anxiety and OCD
I am passionate about working with OCD and have specialized training in evidence based treatment methods such as ACT, ERP, and I-CBT. My approach to working with OCD is dynamic and collaborative, often utilizing humor and creativity. Together we will work to understand OCD and its impact on your life, before designing unique exposures and treatment goals to help you overcome anxiety and reconnect to the things that bring value and meaning to your life.

Support for relationships
I work with couples on a limited basis on issues such as communication, conflict resolution, sex and intimacy concerns, and relationship transitions. If you are interested in couples therapy, please reach out to inquire about availability.
